This offering focuses on the heart of the day: the walk in, the shared anticipation, the exchange of vows, and the collective energy of everyone present as your commitment is spoken aloud. With a calm and attentive presence, the photography captures not only the key ceremonial moments, but also the emotion in the room — the reactions of loved ones, the quiet exchanges, the laughter, the relief, and the celebration that follows. Cancellation Policy
The client understands that cancellations can happen due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. When possible, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of the photographer and/or cancellation policy below will be implemented. Thank you for honoring my business. • If the client cancels with more than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be returned in full, and no additional payment is owed. • If the Client cancels within 48 hours of the scheduled session, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Any amount paid beyond 50% of the session rate that will be returned to the Client. • If the Client cancels within 24 hours or on the day of the session, the full session fee is due. The deposit will be applied toward the total amount due, and the Client is responsible for paying the remaining balance. Thank you for reading and honoring this cancellation policy, and for respecting my time, energy, and small business. Weather Policy Outdoor sessions are weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe or not conducive to the shoot, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of the photographer. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, the client must reschedule within one week of the original session date. If the session is not rescheduled within that timeframe, a $250 cancellation fee may be applied. Travel Sessions are based in Pāhoa. Travel outside of the immediate area may include a $50-$100 travel fee, depending on location. Travel to different islands and overseas is available by request.
